Returns and Refunds

As a consumer how long have you to change your mind?

The time you have to change your mind depends on what product/products you have ordered and how it is delivered.

Have you bought products which are not bespoke (made to order)?

In this case, from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives delivery, you have 14 days which will start the date after delivery.

Unless:

Your goods are split into separate deliveries over different days. In this case, from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives delivery, you have 14 days which will start the date after delivery.

We can not accept returns of any product/products purchased unless faulty, After this 14 day period has expired.

In the event you end the contract for any reason after product/products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, they must be returned unopened in original packaging. Return them to us at The Old Court House, Clark Street, Morecambe, United Kingdom, LA4 5HR or contact us to collect them from you. Please let us know by contacting customer services on 07763 504 732 or email us at info@designergate.co.uk. When you are exercising your right to change your mind as a consumer, you must return or arrange collection of the product/products within 14 days of telling us you wish to end the contract.

We will pay the costs of return:

• If the products are faulty or misdescribed;
• If you wish to end the contract because we have told you about change to the product
• An error in description or pricing
• Events outside our control causing a delay in delivery

In all other circumstances, you will be responsible for the costs of return. (including where you are a consumer exercising your right to change your mind)

All refunds will be made to you as soon as possible.

Refunds will be paid within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product/products back from you, and the product/products have been inspected. Product/ Products must be in the same condition as when sold.

When made to order (“bespoke products”) products are produced to your specified measurements or colour. Please note that if bespoke products are made for you, then you will not be entitled to any refund if you change your mind.
